Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in creating a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with HR regulations, and fostering employee engagement. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, policy implementation, recruitment support, benefits administration, and training coordination.

This position is an in-person position based in our Notre-Dame office; flexible work arrangements can be considered; however, the ideal candidate should be available to work in our office for the majority of the workweek.




  • Manage and maintain employee records and files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Process employee data changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Assist with the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate data entry
  • Help communicate and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related documentation, such as employee handbooks and policies
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries regarding benefits programs
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information
  • Support compensation-related activities, such as salary surveys and job evaluations
  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives, including logistics, materials, and participant communication
  • Support the performance management process, including documentation and scheduling




  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
