Sparta Veteran to Head up Parts & Service Team
In a bold move to demonstrate Sparta’s commitment to its growing family of customers throughout North America, Sparta tapped its engineering manager to head up its parts & service team.
Luc LeBlanc has been an integral Sparta team member for the past 12 years, playing a pivotal role in Sparta’s engineering advances made on both the product and systems development side. But the challenge that Luc consistently relished most, was helping customers resolve their equipment related challenges.
When Sparta president Bruno Lagace announced the opening for this new Director of Customer Service, LeBlanc’s hand was the first to go up. “While initially surprised, it made total sense the more I thought about it. Luc knows everything about Sparta equipment, and has an intrinsic understanding of how our customers operate and the importance of their Sparta equipment to their operation. There’s simply no better person on our team to best help our customers!”
